1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order with K3 Mart you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Ghana Cedi (GH₵) and may change without notice. Promotions are valid while stocks last. We may cancel an order if a pricing or stock error is detected before delivery.

3. Delivery

We deliver across supported Ghana regions within the slot you select at checkout. Delivery fees are shown before payment.

4. Payments

We accept Mobile Money, debit/credit cards and cash on delivery where available. Failed payments will cancel the order automatically.

5. Returns & refunds

Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Fresh produce returns are handled case by case.

6. Account use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
