Our promise

We hand-pick every order at our Tema Community 11 store. If something's wrong, we'll make it right — quickly and without fuss.

What you can return

  • Items delivered damaged, expired or visibly spoiled.
  • Wrong item delivered (different product, brand, size).
  • Missing items from your order.

What you cannot return

  • Fresh produce, meat, fish or frozen items after they leave our store, unless damaged on delivery.
  • Opened or partially used packaged goods.
  • Items returned more than 24 hours after delivery.

How to report an issue

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Call or WhatsApp 0558181880 with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  3. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit or refund — your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method (mobile money or cash on delivery returned in cash). Store credit is applied to your account instantly.
