1. Who we are

K3 Mart is an online supermarket based in Tema Community 11, Ghana. Reach us at support@k3mart.store or 0558181880.

2. What we collect

  • Account details (name, email, phone number).
  • Delivery addresses you save.
  • Orders, cart and wishlist activity.
  • Device and usage data needed to operate the service.

3. How we use it

To fulfil orders, send delivery updates over SMS/WhatsApp/email, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

4. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to operate K3 Mart (payment processors, delivery riders, messaging providers). We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@k3mart.store or calling 0558181880.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the app and by email.

Push notifications & device data

If you enable notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token tied to your account so we can send order updates (placed, confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered). We do not share this token with anyone else. You can disable notifications anytime in your phone's Settings → Apps → K3 Mart → Notifications, and the token is removed when you sign out or delete your account.

Third-party processors

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosts our database, authentication and storage.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivers push notifications to your device.
  • Resend — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts).

Each processor handles only the data needed to perform its function and is bound by their own data-protection terms.

Your rights & how to delete your data

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. The fastest way is the in-app Account page → 'Delete my account' button. You can also submit a request without signing in via /delete-account, or email us at hello@k3mart.store. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

On deletion we anonymize your profile, remove your addresses, cart, wishlist and notification tokens immediately. Past order records are kept (anonymized) for 30 days for Ghanaian tax/accounting requirements, then fully removed.
